Wouldn’t it be great if things lasted forever? Well, of course they don’t, but we believe your GULU Made bag should last as long as you do. All GULU Made bags are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your GULU Made bag fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion, without charge. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
